
Wilkie Strength & Power Coaching was created in 2021 with the goal of helping people become the most confident, capable versions of themselves. in the last 5 years Team WSPC has coached 100's of athletes to a variety of goals, competed in local, national and international level powerlifting and had a whole lot of fun doing it so far

At WSPC we believe that building a strong and supportive community is a major key to our success. That's why we've created a coaching service that puts people first, and fosters a sense of belonging and connection among our clients.
